Name of wine: Le Corbeau Colombard White Country: France Region: Languedoc

Le Corbeau is a crisp white wine made from the Colombard grape, traditionally used in Armagnac. Made by Vignobles Foncailieu, a union of 801 winegrowers in the heart of Languedoc who champion the protection of biodiversity in the region.

Name of wine: Sauvignon Domaine La Prade Country: France Region: IGP Pays d’Oc

A crisp and lively white with aromas of green apple, pink grapefruit, and elderflower. Fermented in stainless steel, it’s dry and refreshing with a rounded mid-palate and an elegant finish.

Founded in 1870, Balthasar Ress is a historic estate in the Rheingau. The “White Rabbit” label is a playful, fruit-forward Riesling made with organic practices and a nod to the Hasensprung vineyard

Name of wine: Terres d’Azur Merlot Country: France Region: IGP Pays d’Oc

Located in the south of France, Alma Cersius’ vineyard extends over 1200 hectares. The vineyard benefits from the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea which tempers the heat of the summer months on soils made up of pebbles and clay.

SPARKLING

Name of wine: Charles de Fère Blanc de Blancs Réserve Country: France Region: Vin Mousseux

Crafted by a sixth-generation Champenois, this elegant sparkling wine blends Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Chenin Blanc, and Chardonnay from the Loire, Charentes, and Gers. Aged nine months on lees, it offers fine bubbles, fresh nectarine and citrus aromas.

Name of wine: Crémant de Bourgogne, Brut Reserve Marsigny Country: France Region: Burgundy

Crafted in the birthplace of Crémant de Bourgogne, this méthode traditionnelle sparkler blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Aligoté. Aged for 12 months on lees, it offers fine bubbles, citrus and ripe pear notes, and a crisp, elegant finish.

Name of wine: Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut  Country: France Region: Champagne

Perrier Jouet was established in 1811 by Pierre-Nicolas-Marie Perrier in the town of Epernay, adding the maiden name of his wife, Ad le Jouet, to name the house. In 1854 Perrier Jouet were the first house to release a dry style of Champagne, which would then be replicated across the region. It was also one of the first Houses to stamp the cork of its wines and add the initials PJ as proof of their authenticity.The Grand Brut has fine bubbles, which release deliciously floral, slightly honeyed fruit aromas. It shows fresh fruit such as white peach on the palate, and has an elegant finish.
